Coaches be sure to download the 2012 Coaches Packet to get your team’s/ group’s important documents in to WJR.
IMPORTANT DUE DATES
April 5th, 2012: General Team Information and General Registration Form (the first two tabs of the spreadsheet).
These registration forms will help WJR planning team to help estimate our number of participants. Coaches should fill out this form for their teams. Any athletes planning to attend without a team may also fill out and submit this form.
April 5th, 2012: Advanced Deposit of $100 USD per person will be due for
- All participants in the Championships and Camp
- Coachs ans Spectators Staying in the George Washington University dormitories
May 1st, 2012: Balance of payments due
June 1st, 2012:
- Completed “event entry form” (included in the spreadsheet)
- Waiver and Release forms (Coaches Packet)
- Dormitory Rooming List (Coaches Packet)
- Judge and Volunteer nominations (Coaches Packet)
