Hello Jump Rope Enthusiasts!

Your WJR 2019 Norway Team is busy at work preparing for our 2019 World Jump Rope Championship & Camp and wanted to pass along some very important and useful information. The World Jump Rope Championship & Camp will be held at the beautiful Oslofjord Convention Center July 3rd-July 12th, 2019.

There are two airports to fly into for this event: Sandefjord-Torp Airport (TRF) and Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL). TRF is very near the venue and OSL is about 1 hour and 45 minutes by train. Please be mindful of the distance to OSL when planning flights as the train schedule to and from Stokke (the train station nearest the venue) must be taken into account. For example, the earliest train departure from Stokke to OSL will not allow for early morning departures from OSL.
  
Packages for this event, to include pricing, schedules and specific information, are now up on the World Jump Rope Federation website at www.worldjumprope.org. Most questions should be answered there. However, if any have additional questions, or we can help you in any way, please don’t hesitate to let us know. The timeline of due dates are as follows:
 
February 1st – March 30th: WJRCC Camp Staff Applications accepted.
February 1st – May 1st: WJRCC on-line Registration is open.
March 1st: Deadline for pre-registration (attendee’s information and deposit of 1000 Norwegian Krone per person).
April 7th: Notification of Camp staff acceptance.
May 1st: Deadline for registration (final balance due, credential (ID Badge), team photo, volunteer submissions, and rooming list request).  
June 1st: Deadline for final competitor registration (competition entries and freestyle music).
July 3rd: Final attendees check in, Judges Refresher Course & Coaches meeting. Final revisions and corrections to Competition Event Entries (entries locked after this date).
July 4th – 8th: WJRF Championship & WJRF Grand Championship
July 8th: WJRF Gala Celebration
July 10th – 11th: WJRF Camp
July 12th: All-inclusive package attendee’s check-out & departure!   
Refund policy: Refunds requested on or before May 1, 2019 will eligible for a 75% refund.  Refunds requested between May 2, 2019 and May 15th, 2019 will be eligible for a 50% refund.  No refunds after May 15th, 2019.
Late fee:  After May 1st, the “All-Inclusive” package prices will go up by 1000 kr each.  All “Off-site” package prices will go up by 500 kr each.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
